CANDIDATE MUST READ THE HOSTEL RULES AND STEP-BY-STEP PROCEDURE FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FOR ADMISSION TO HOSTEL

for Session 2023-24.

Students are advise to fill the Hostel Documents (Hostel form, Hostel fee(s) ) on Computer, laptop or any compatible device attached with printer as printouts are required to get accommodation in the hostel. Avoid to fill the forms on mobiles. If you fill and lock the documents without getting printouts then you will face difficulties to get printouts later on and to get accommodation in the hostel. |

STEP - I |

The candidates are required to use Student Id For online Hostel Admission process. Those candidates who have not Student Id are requested to create Student Id for filling application form for hostel admission. If You do not have student id Use the link to Create Student Id Click Here to Create Student ID

STEP - II |

After successful creation of password, the candidate shall click on "Fill and Print Application Form" link to fill his/her particulars desired in the application form and submit the particulars by clicking the "Submit" button and preview of particulars submitted will be displayed on the computer screen. The candidate shall click on "Lock and Save" button.

STEP - III |

After locking the application form, the candidate shall click on "Fill and Print Revolving Fund Slip" link to deposit the hostel fee. On clicking and filling desired information a new screen will be opened displaying two mode of payments. The candidate can pay the Hostel Fee/Revolving Funds either on-line (Credit/ Debit card, Netbanking) mode or through Bank Challan in any branch of HDFC Bank.

STEP - IV |

Those Ph. D. students who have getting accommodation Ist time or those who have withdrawn their Mess Security shall click on "Fill and Print Mess Security Slip" link to fill and deposit also the Mess security of the hostel. |

STEP - V |
| |
The Application Form duly signed by Head of the Department and hostel copy of Bank Slip(s)/ Receipts of Online payments (through which hostel fee paid by the candidate in the bank) should be submitted to the office of Warden of alloted hostel for further allotment of room in the respective hostel. |
| Note : In order to avoid last minute rush, the candidiates are advised to apply early enough. The university will not be responsible for any network related problem.
Note: 'Fill & Print Mess Security Slip' is only for those Ph. D. STUDENTS, who have withdrawn their Mess Security or who are taking Campus hostel Ist time.
