Online Process of Examination Form Submission for Private Candidates under Annual System-2013

CANDIDATE MUST READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE FILLING THE EXAMINATION FORM. |

STEP - I |

The candidate will visit the website www.gnduadmissions.org where he/she will initially fill the Bank Form and click the Submit Button to generate the Bank Deposit Slip bearing a unique Deposit ID. The candidate is advised to take the print-out of this Bank Deposit Slip in Landscape.

STEP - II |
| |
The candidate will take printout of the Bank Deposit Slip and visit any branch of State Bank of Patiala to deposit the printed fee before the validation date printed on the bank deposit slip. The bank will issue a Journal ID for the candidate corresponding to his/her Deposit ID and shall return student copy and University copy of Bank Deposit Slip to the candidate.

*** There is no verification Step for submission of Examination Form under Annual System****
The candidate will go back to the website www.gnduadmissions.org after three working days for online submission of examination form by clicking the link Examination Form. The candidate must fill the correct Deposit ID and password and other required particulars in the form. Aftre filling all the required particulars, Click on Submit button to preview the the particulars submitted.In case any correction is required, click on the Edit Button otherwise click on Lock Button. On Clicking the Lock Button, the unique Application ID along with the details of Examination Form willl appear on the screen.
After Locking the examination form , the candidate must take printouts of all the pages of computer generated examination form and paste the photographs at the appropriate place . The candidate will get examination form and photographs attested according to the university norms.Once the examination form is locked, the candidate will not be allowed to edit the particulars submitted.

STEP - IV |

The candidate may send the complete examination form either by post in the name of Registrar, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar or may deposit the same at the following locations :
- Enquiry Office, GNDU Campus, Amritsar
- GNDU Regional Campus, Ladhewali, Jalandhar
- GNDU College, Ladowali Road, Near Railway station, Jalandhar
- GNDU Regional Campus, Gurdaspur

| Note : In order to avoid last minute rush, the candidiates are advised to apply early enough. The university will not be responsible for any network related problem.
