Eligibility

B.Sc. (Hons. School): 10+2 Examination of Punjab School Education Board or any other equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

M.Sc. (Hons. School): B.Sc. (Hons. School) in Economics/B.Sc. (Economics)/ B.A.(Hons.) in Economics under 10+2+3 system with atleast 50% marks in aggregate
                                                                       or
B.A./B.Sc./B.S.Sc. under 10+2+3 system with atleast 50% marks in aggregate and atleast 50% marks in Economics
                                                                        or
B.Com/B.B.A. under 10+2+3 system with atleast 50% marks in aggregate.

Master of Business Economics (Hons): Bachelor's degree (10+2+3) of Guru Nanak Dev University or any other degree recognized by the Guru Nanak Dev University as equivalent thereto with not less than 50% marks in aggregate.

Admission to B.Sc. (Hons. School) , M.Sc. (Hons. School) and MBE(Hons.) will be based on the merit of the candidate in the qualifying examination:

Special Features : Research efforts mainly devoted to the Study of Indian Economy with special focus on Punjab Economy. Apart from computer facility alongwith internet connection to individual faculty members, the School has an independent Computer Lab. with internet facility for students also. The School maintains a World Bank Depository Library.
